It is a business management software offered under MS Office 365. Fast and easy integration into the system is also preferred. It has a simple and easy distribution platform. Thanks to its integration with other MS products, it can provide fast and easy solutions. Kommentare: Most MS products are simple and practical thanks to the user interface. We find it difficult to keep track of tasks in complex projects involving many team members and many steps.Limitations in managing dependencies: Microsoft Planner does not support the management of dependencies between tasks, so we have to find ways to manage dependencies manually. It is not possible to generate custom reports or export data for further analysis.Difficulties in managing complex projects: Microsoft Planner is a fairly simple project management tool, which can make managing complex projects quite difficult. For example, it is not possible to customise list or table views, or to create custom templates for tasks.Limitations in reporting features: Some users reported that the reporting features of Microsoft Planner are quite limited. This allows users to stay productive by using applications they already know.Ultimately, Microsoft Planner is a powerful and flexible tool that offers a wide range of project management and collaboration capabilities for teams of all sizes.Ĭustomisation limitations: I found Microsoft Planner to be quite limited in terms of customisation. Users can organise tasks and to-do lists according to their specific needs, and use labels and filters to prioritise tasks.Integration with the rest of the Microsoft ecosystem: Microsoft Planner also integrates with other applications in the Microsoft ecosystem, such as Outlook, SharePoint and OneNote. For example, team members can add comments on tasks, upload files, and receive real-time notifications for task updates.Project management flexibility: Microsoft Planner offers great flexibility in project management. Team members can access tasks and to-do lists directly in Teams, without having to switch between applications.Advanced collaboration features: Microsoft Planner offers many collaboration features that make teamwork easier. We can easily create tasks, organise them into lists and assign them to team members.Integration with Microsoft Teams: Microsoft Planner integrates seamlessly with Microsoft Teams, making team collaboration easy. User-friendly interface: The simplicity of the Microsoft Planner user interface is one of the features I like. If I need to find a task, but am not sure in which plan it exists, I'm reduced to looking through multiple plans or purchasing Apps4Pro's Planner Manager add-on. (I can, however, see all tasks assigned to me in a unified view.)The effect of this is to silo each plan. Nor is it possible to search through all plans to find a task. It's greatest weakness, in my opinion: there is no way to see all the tasks assigned to another person. Planner is less actively developed than similar products from other companies. So it plays nicely with this environment.Aside from integrations, Planner provides a really nice board experience and a competent list view. Planner comes with our 365 subscription and is available to all our team members. The integration with Microsoft Teams is very good, and, importantly, Planner tasks show up in Microsoft To-Do. The obvious argument for Planner is its integration with the Office/365 suite. Kommentare: We've been using Planner for several years to manage publishing projects and event tasks.
